Glenwood is unique in Springfield, in that the neighborhood is entirely bordered
by the Willamette river and Eugene, and management of the area has
(historically) been with both Eugene and Springfield. A recent measure
designated the area as a formal part of Springfield, though, and since
then an urban renewal plan has been put into action. Glenwood residents
enjoy hills, meadows, and quite streets.
