Our family has now bought three houses through Kim and sold one house (in less than two days and above our asking price!) and we give her our very highest
recommendation. She is fun to work with, on-the-ball, knows all the tricks
of the trade to protect your interests, and values integrity over making a
buck.

- The rural charm of the
Santa Clara neighborhood can be seen
in the gardens of the old farmhouse, which are still sprinkled throughout
the neighborhood. Santa Clara is north of Belt Line Road, and lays
in between the Northwest Expressway and the Willamette River. Many
gardeners enjoy the older homes, many of which have big lot sizes.

- North
Gilham, like many of Eugene's perimeter neighborhoods, is experience
an increase in new home construction, and commercial development as
well. North of Beltline, and in between the Willamette River and Interstate-5,
this area has become very popular with new families and families with
children.

- The River
Road neighborhood is named for the area's arterial thoroughfare.
Like the Bethel neighborhood to the west, many of the homes in the
River Road neighborhood are affordable, and like the Santa Clara neighborhood
to the north, the lots are well-established. Wooded and scenic, this
area is west of the Willamette river.

- The Ferry
Street Bridge Area has always been one of Eugene's most popular
neighborhoods, for families as well as young professionals. Well-established,
with parks, golf courses and shopping, this area is south of Beltline
and west of Interstate 5, and is bounded on the east and south by
the Willamette river.
- West Eugene
represents the diversity of Eugene. The eastern side of west Eugene
contains downtown, with many of the historic homes and parks. As you
go west, most of the homes are newer, and as the city expands, so
does the residential construction. The northern section of this area
is bustling with commerce, with restaurants, shopping and businesses.
