  • The Hayden Bridge neighborhood is growing quickly--and for good reason! As more people have moved to the area, the demand for quality construction in new developments has really taken off. Bounded by the McKenzie River, Interstate 5 and Highway 105, the Hayden Bridge neighborhood has a view of the nearby Coburg Hills to the north. Grocery stores and shopping are nearby, too, and many new families choose to live here.

  • Mohawk Valley and Camp Creek extend eastward from the McKenzie River, and north of highway 126. Hills, streams, forest and grasslands make this area ideal for anyone who is seeking acreage or larger home lots. Many residents of this area maintain orchards and farms, and the fertile soil is a gardener's dream. The quiet, scenic beauty of the area is augmented by view of the Cascade mountain range, to the east.

  • West Centennial is a small neighborhood with big popularity. Sharing its western border with Eugene makes this area a thoroughfare for businesses, restaurants and shopping. Because of the convenient location, homes are in high demand. Making the area even more desirable is the vicinity of parks, including the WIllamette River, as well as freeway and highway access, which is great for commuters.

  • Geographically, the Springfield area is the largest neighborhood designation in town. Many of the town's community and senior centers, schools, businesses and industries are located in this neighborhood. Miles of the Willamette river, parklands, meadows and hills are contained in this area. As you can see from the map, this region defines much of central Springfield, and most of south Springfield, and the construction is just as diverse as the geography.

  • The Thurston neighborhood offers the benefits of the town, but with a quite, country charm. The residential areas have quite, pleasant streets and nearby schools and parks. Thurston is also close to arterial roads and shopping. These conveniences make the area very popular for families with school-age children. Glenwood is unique in Springfield, in that the neighborhood is entirely bordered by the Willamette river and Eugene, and management of the area has (historically) been with both Eugene and Springfield. A recent measure designated the area as a formal part of Springfield, though, and since then an urban renewal plan has been put into action. Glenwood residents enjoy hills, meadows, and quite streets.
