Testimonial for Kim
Buying and selling a house is no easy task, especially if you are doing so and moving to a new state. However, with the assistance of Kim and Lynell, the process of buying our new home was simplified and we could not have asked for better service. Kim and Lynell were our "eyes and ears" while our new house was being constructed, providing pictures of the progress being made since we could not be there to witness it ourselves. In addition, when the time came for our house to be finished and ready for us to move in, Kim really pushed to make sure that timelines were being met and that all construction was finished on time. And if all that weren't enough to make Kim the best agent we have ever worked with, six months later she has still been available to help us as needed with various issues. Kim and Lynell are more than a great team to work with; they have become our friends and we would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. Thank you Kim and Lynell for everything. You are truly fantastic ladies and we couldn't have made this move without you.
