"The location and quality of life here is exceptional � safe and quiet.

We have thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness and beauty of its landscape-surrounded by rolling hills and mature fir trees. Our giant Douglas Fir in the backyard has been a favorite place to unwind at the end of the day, have picnics, and socialize with friends and neighbors. The campfire area is a perfect place for watching meteor showers and stargazing.

Five award-winning and notable wineries are within walking or biking distance. This area has been compared to Italy�s Tuscan region for its wineries and landscape by Sunset Magazine.

A short distance to several lakes in all directions and equal proximity to the ocean and the mountains � all routes are enjoyable scenic drives.

This area has some of the most popular cycling routes which have been compared to those of France by the Register Guard.

This is a wonderful small neighborhood � great people who respect each other�s privacy but are friendly, always willing to lend a hand, and a lot of fun.
