Testimonial
We found Kim through word of mouth recommendation. When we were moving to Eugene from across country, Kim was the only real estate agent out of four with whom we corresponded who was responsive to our requests for information even when we weren't at first looking to buy a house. We've now both sold and bought a house utilizing Kim's services. As a selling agent, Kim named a figure for the sales price of our home, which sounded too good to be true. But then received a signed offer to purchase within five days of being on the market. Kim and Lynell have the expertise, the experience, a great website, and they know this local market and its neighborhoods excedingly well. When we bought with Kim as our agent, she guided us through the process, and facilitated our negotiations and inspections. Kim and Lynell are a super team. We will never use anyone else for our real estate needs, and recommend them most highly.

From the words of the current Owner
"The location and quality of life here is exceptional safe and quiet.
We have thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness and beauty of its landscape-surrounded by rolling hills and mature fir trees. Our giant Douglas Fir in the backyard has been a favorite place to unwind at the end of the day, have picnics, and socialize with friends and neighbors. The campfire area is a perfect place for watching meteor showers and stargazing.
Five award-winning and notable wineries are within walking or biking distance. This area has been compared to Italys Tuscan region for its wineries and landscape by Sunset Magazine.
A short distance to several lakes in all directions and equal proximity to the ocean and the mountains all routes are enjoyable scenic drives.
This area has some of the most popular cycling routes which have been compared to those of France by the Register Guard.
This is a wonderful small neighborhood great people who respect each others privacy but are friendly, always willing to lend a hand, and a lot of fun. While we all come from different places and are of different stripes, these people are some of the best neighbors weve ever had not to mention the animals next door who all have names and who weve enjoyed having as neighbors, too.
The monthly classic movie series (November March) held at the Grange Hall is a long-time tradition enjoyed not only by those who live here, but by those who travel from surrounding towns, including Eugene.
In August, the Ice Cream Social and Crow/Lorane Arts Center art show is one of the highlights of the summer. A very popular event to view and purchase local art and enjoy homemade baked goods.
Short distance and beautiful drive to Eugene, a great University town, for work or to enjoy its many cultural and sporting events, restaurants, art galleries, and famous Saturday Market.
Cant find Lorane on a map and no one seems to know the population and lots of rainbows."
