Lynell Stokes
Lynell Stokes, Principal Broker/Owner of Golden Realty, is ready to assist you with all your real estate needs. Zach Benedict
Zach Benedict, is a valuable member of the team at Golden Realty, and works exclusively with Buyers as a Buyer’s Specialist. Zach has been a Eugene resident since 1998 and has worked in the real estate industry since 2003. Real Estate has been his passion ever since he graduated with honors from Winston Churchill High School. The Dogs
When Kim Heddinger first entered the real estate business back in 1992, she knew she had to create a marketing point of difference, so that she would stand out in the crowd. Kim meshed her love for her Golden Retrievers with her love for selling real estate, and began marketing with her golden dogs click here for photo album. This turned out to be the beginning of a dynamic marketing gimmick known as "GoldenSold". Then in 2006, Kim and Lynell opened Golden Realty. This name exemplifies the high degree of excellence the company is founded on and continually strives to achieve. In addition, the Golden Retriever has a large influence in establishing the culture of this company, as they are the embodiment of loyalty, love and kindness. "Goldens" are well known for being polite, and highly intelligent. They exude charm and confidence. They are sweet, eager to please, always patient and friendly, and are devoted companions. Crawford
Crawford is the "Top Dog" and the token Labrador Retriever also known as the "Hairless Wonder" or "The Clown". She was named after the beautiful Cindy Crawford since their eyes look strikingly similar. Crawford goes all out and gives 110% no matter what she does, whether its outside playing, sleeping on the couch, bed, chair (anywhere that is soft), begging, or giving love. She is also the best alarm clock. Like clock work you know when it is time to wake up in the morning, when its time to eat, when its time to go to bed, when its time to get a treat, but most importantly, when it is time to spend quality time together. She is the ultimate funny girl, and is a constant source of laughter. Never a dull moment with the "Golden Lab."

Goldie
Goldie is the sweetest and most sensitive dog anyone will ever meet. That is why she is such a perfect Therapy Dog. Currently she is certified with Delta Society and is a member of PAAWS (People And Animals Who Serve), and R.E.A.D.(Reading Education Assistance Dog). She loves all people but especially children and really enjoys her therapy visits to schools, hospitals, homes and other environments where she really makes a difference in their lives. Around the office, Goldie keeps the stress level in check, as she is extremely sensitive to any negative tension. As humans, we all must be aware and remain calm and stress free when Goldie is around. She is a peacemaker and will do everything she can in her own subtle and sweet way to ensure the peace is maintained.

Harlie
Harlie was born in 2004, and was supposed to stay with the breeder to become a show dog and be bred. However, her mischievous self stuck her face through a fence only to be met by a big dog that proceeded to pull her through the fence with her nose. Her injury left a scar that disqualified her from becoming a show dog, which left the breeders no choice but to find a new home for Harlie. She came "home" at 3 months of age and slowly developed a nasal problem that turned out to be a polyp that was then surgically removed. Because of her early health problems, she is a bit smaller than expected, which has earned her the nickname "Lil's". So, after a tragic beginning, this mini Golden Retriever is now a healthy ball of energy destined to take over as the leader of the Goldensold team.

| Pet of the Week:"Jane and Shawna"  Hi, our names are Jane and Shawna and we are sisters. We are 8 year old Mastiff Rottweiler mixes. People who meet us always say we are very well behaved ladies and super easygoing. We are housebroken and have lived with other dogs and cats, although we tend to prefer smaller dogs. In our last home we even lived with a Chihuahua! We understand it may not be possible for us to stay together but we have lived with each other our whole lives and it would be a shame if we got spilt up after all these years. Separately our adoption fees are $85 each but if we are adopted together, it would be just $120! Please come meet us soon!
Greenhill is open to the public for animal adoption, Friday - Tuesday 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Closed Wednesdays and Thursdays.
