Kim is amazing. We have used her exclusively for the last 10+ years, and have no plans to change. She has helped us with all the weirdness that comes with buying a house, selling a house, buying a property to build a house - bad well test results, property line issues, permitting issues, short time frames, many offers, no offers, etc. She is incredibly efficient, which is the number 1 quality I'm looking for in a real estate professional - this is not a situation where you can afford to waste time.
