We met Kim when buying our last home and she made such a good impression we got back in touch with her when we went looking for a realtor to help us buy a new house and sell the current one. She did an outstanding job in getting us clued into the current trends in the Eugene area and lining us out with the things we’d need to do to sell our house. We received insightful commentary and frank advice when looking at houses. I can’t emphasize enough how appreciative I am to have had Kim helping us. She gave my wife and I honest information and didn’t try to spin things just to make a sale. If a house was close to what we wanted but not quite right, she didn’t try to pressure us into changing our minds—she just moved on to the next one and the search continued. It took over a year to find the right place and Kim was patient and diligent the whole time, working on our behalf to find the right house for our family. So, I’m a big fan of Kim.
